My curve 8330 is messed up and I'm filing an insurance claim on it and I was wondering if, since the phone I have is out of stock, would I get the new curve, or would they find a way to send me my old one. I want to know before I send it in, because if I'm just gonna get this same phone, I don't want to do it. I'd much rather have the newer curve. This may be a dumb thing to ask, but I’d like to know.
