If your BlackBerry Curve is constantly vibrating all of the time, even if you are not being called, texted, or emailed it can be quite annoying. Here are some things you can try to stop this from happening:
1. Switch off the vibrate function by going to Menu, then Sound Settings, then Call Settings, then Vibrate, and make sure that it is set to Off.
If vibrate was already set to off and your Curve still vibrates (this does happen), then there are still some things that you can try:
2. Remove the battery from the device and check the indicator underneath the battery to see if there has been any water damage. Even if there has been no water damage, removing the battery itself could resolve the problem.
3. Reset the device back to factory settings and reload the operating system.
4. If all else fails, you could simply send the device back for a replacement, however, you may end up getting one that has been refurbished.
