The BlackBerry Storm is the newest creation by Research In Motion, and is the first touch phone to be seen on a BlackBerry device. The Storm is due to be released this month, and many people are curious to know what will be the cost of the BlackBerry Storm.
A lot of prices are roaming out there for the BlackBerry Storm. The Cell Company is selling the Storm on pre-order for $999.99, PC World as well as other sites have said that Vodafone UK is currently selling the Storm for free along with an 18 month contract, while other sites claim that the Storm will be priced in comparable fashion to the iPhone 3G.
What will the Storm cost; $999.99, $199, or free?
Personally I like the free Storm the best, but Verizon Wireless will have a say in that as they are the company releasing the BlackBerry Storm later this month. So far there is no word on whether or not they will be offering the Storm for free with a signed contract, but we can always hope.

I would be ridiculously happy if it comes out for free, but pending playing with one at the store, I would be up to paying up to $199 for one.

i think the blackberry storm ausome but, if its 199$ then you can just get an iphone 3g or even 8g for the same price. I can get either its just thet i dont know wich is better.

Ive got a blackberry storm free with my vodafone contract £30 a month for 18 months, unlimited downloads and 500 free minutes, 1000 free text a month, with as added £5 per month friends and family to call 4 others who can call each with no calling costs.
