It is possible to set up an automatic signature by using the BlackBerry Desktop Manger, however, this signature will go out along with every message you send, and you many not want that to happen.  Instead, how would you like to create a customized BlackBerry signature, which you can use only at times you decide?

Go to your Options icon.

Scroll down to Autotext.

Click the trackball, and choose New.

Then type a keyboard shortcut of your choice under Replace.

Type the signature of your choice underneath the header With.

Click the trackball again and choose Save.

From now on, any time you type in your keyboard shortcut code and hit Space, your customized signature will appear.

By following these steps again you can create several customized signatures to use at any time you like.  All you need to do is remember what keyboard code goes with what signature on your BlackBerry device.
