		<description>Well the you've already identified the source of your problem when you said that you did't want your want to change your service to a superior provider. Haha&#60; but in all seriousness you can actually get BB OS 4.5 (which has MS Office support) from BB's website. But be warned&#60; when you update your OS, it erases everything on your phone.</description>
