He was definitely favoring the pre obviously because this is a blackberry website. iPhones better. People need to stop acting like it's not! Thats it! LoL

I think this review is quite bias in favor of the pre
he was always for forgiving when mentioning about short comings of the pre, yet very skeptical when it comes to the iphone
also, iphone does have multi tasking capability however limited to a certain "applications". During a call you are will able to return to home screen and open any app; itune can also run in the background of other apps and even when the phone is locked. I think this would make the iphone much more practical because having a number of apps open in the background, like the pre, doesn't give much advantage to the user as the full screen is occupied.

Well, compare the Palm Pre to an Jailbroken iPhone!
Jailbroken iPhones support Multitasking, too

Very nice comparison, thank you. BTW, the four icons at the bottom of the Pre ARE customizable! You just hold your finger for a few seconds on the icon you want to move up - until it has puddle circles around it - then move it up into the open laucher with the other app icons. You can move an icon from the Launcer to the row of four at the bottom in the same way. ;)
